LM Australian Income Fund - Currency Protected
The LM Australian Income Fund - Currency Protected selects assets from within Australia's diverse property market on the basis of prime, first mortgage only with conservative loan to valuation ratios, and also invests in cash. The fund provides passive income across the full range of major international currencies, and allows personal investors to invest in 12, 24 or 36 month fixed investment terms* and global platform/portfolio bond investors to invest in a rolled up unit price.

LM Managed Performance Fund
The LM Managed Performance Fund is unregistered and available only to overseas or wholesale/sophisticated Australian investors.
Also available for direct investment or 12 months terms or longer, or via global platforms/portfolio bonds, the LM Managed Performance Fund is designed to provide enhanced income, for investment in the full range of major international currencies. The fund invests in commercial loans, direct real property and cash, and benefits from an eight year history of zero volatility on unit price.

LM Australian Alif Fund
The LM Australian Alif Fund is unregistered and available only to overseas or wholesale/sophisticated Australian investors.
Available for investment of 36 months or longer, ie five years, the LM Australian Alif Fund seeks growth of capital whilst adhering to Shariah principles. The fund is a Shariah compliant fund, with Fatwa confirming the Shariah compliant status of the funds and its investments. The LM Australian Alif Fund is suitable for all investors who seek Australian assets delivering profit in a Shariah compliant manner, and is available for investment in a range of major international currencies.
