In line with recent updates to Australian Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation, all existing LM investors seeking to change their details, or making a new investment , may be required to provide additional identification/proof of change documentation.

For any new investments, please refer to the relevant product disclosure statement and/or information memorandum. For any changes to existing details, refer to the ‘Change of Details' form for the relevant identification guidelines.

We remind you than under Australian Anti Money Laundering (AML) legislation, all investors making new investments into the LM funds must have completed the relevant AML documentation . LM may request further information in the future.

Australian and New Zealand investors can meet their requirements by completing the application form in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) applicable to their investment. The PDS also provides verification of identity documents required. These AML ID forms provide a detailed list of the verification options should investors be unable to provide the verification documents listed in the PDS.

Non-Australian and non-New Zealand investors must download the appropriate AML ID form, based on the investor entity type and the country of residence for individuals, or the country of operations for businesses/trusts/SMSF/associations. This completed AML ID form must accompany the application form contained within the relevant PDS.

For any wholesale investors please refer to the Manager for the required documents, these AML ID forms are not applicable.
