Unauthorised Use of Your Access

Please contact us immediately if you feel there has been a security breach regarding your LOGIN access information. We will ensure your access is blocked whilst we issue you with a new Access Number & Password.

Automatic Timeout

If your online session is inactive for more than 20 minutes, you will be automatically logged out. This is to minimise the chances of anyone else accessing your information if you step away from your computer for a short time and ensures your secure session is properly closed.
