How Our Lending Works
- Upon receiving your initial phone enquiry, one of our lending specialists will advise if a lending proposal aligns with our lending criteria.
- If the initial enquiry is accepted, we then require detailed proposal information.
- Proposals are usually reviewed by our credit committee within seven days, dependent on receipt of requested information.
- Approval from the credit committee will result in a letter of offer sent to you the following day.
- On acceptance of the letter of offer being sent to you, our due diligence process will commence.
- The average time from acceptance to settlement is three to five weeks.
